Hot & Roll first began its journey in 2003, founded by Tracy Ing and her business partner under Berkat Semangat Sdn Bhd. The brand’s signature crispy wrap was inspired by Japanese crepes, with Tracy carefully perfecting the recipe to achieve the distinctive taste and light, crispy texture that customers enjoy today. Over the years, Hot & Roll has grown into one of Malaysia’s most recognised kiosk brands, known for its freshly prepared wraps and crepes.
