Our store offers a colorful environment filled with interactive play zones, soft play structures, climbing areas, slides, and imaginative corners that encourage creativity and exploration. Every activity is thoughtfully designed to help children develop motor skills, coordination, problem-solving abilities, and social interaction in an enjoyable way.

Our indoor playground is fully air-conditioned, clean, and well-maintained to ensure maximum comfort and safety for both children and parents. It’s the perfect place for kids to stay active and engaged, whether for casual play, playdates, or family outings—rain or shine.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate and bond with their children, creating meaningful moments while supporting their learning journey through play.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

• Socks are mandatory for all guests (kids, teenagers, and adults) for hygiene and safety purposes.

• Children must be supervised at all times. Kids are not allowed to be left unattended inside the playground.

• No food and drinks are allowed inside the play area to maintain cleanliness and safety.

• A valid Fantasy Card (member card) is required for entry. Customers without a card can register for a new one at the cashier counter for as low as RM2 per card.

• Babies below 1 year old enter for free, but they are still required to complete the registration process. A registration form must be filled in, and registration must be done at the cashier counter. Parents/guardians must provide the baby’s full MYKID number or passport number with birth date.

Registration Process:

1. Fill in the Registration Form

   • Each child requires one registration form.

   • Please complete all details, read the rules carefully, and sign at the bottom.

   • For babies below 1 year old, include full MYKID or passport number with birth date.

2. Proceed to the Cashier Counter

   • Submit the completed form along with your Fantasy Card.

   • If you do not have a card, you may register a new one for +RM2.

3. Registration & Photo Taking

   • Once registration is completed, our staff will take a family photo for record purposes.

4. Socks Check

   • Ensure everyone is wearing socks, including babies and adults, before entering.

5. Entry to Playground

   • The cashier will return your receipt and Fantasy Card.

   • You may now enter and enjoy your time in the playground!

Pricing:

• Weekday entry (Kids aged 1–12): RM22

• Teenagers (13–17 years old): RM5

• Adults (18 years old and above): RM5

• Babies below 1 year old: FREE (registration required)
